Dr. Matthew Rice received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. He completed an internal medicine residency and fellowship at Tulane University School of Medicine. Additionally, he completed a gastroenterology fellowship from Tulane University School of Medicine.Dr. Rice is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, American College of Gastroenterology, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, American Medical Association and the Louisiana State Medical Society.
