Dr. Howard graduated from the Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and earned his medical degree from Tulane University Medical School in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine and his fellowship in Gastroenterology at Tulane University Medical School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Howard is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and joined the staff in December 2005. Dr. Howard's expertise is in the area of general gastroenterology and his special medical interests include Biliary Disease and IBD.
