Dr. Deeney graduated cum laude from Tulane University with a BS in Cell and Molecular Biology. She then earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University in Shreveport and completed her internship and residency at LSU New Orleans in association with Children's Hospital. After residency, she completed one year of a fellowship in Pediatric Endocrine and Diabetes. She is board certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Deeney practices at Ochsner for Childrens Health Center in Slidell.
