Dr. Chantal Lorio has been a practicing podiatrist in the New Orleans area for the past 23 years and is currently the Chair of Podiatry and Associate Medical Director of Wound Care for the Ochsner Health System. She is a graduate of the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco and competed her surgical training at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee. She recently earned a Masters degree in Healthcare Management from the University of New Orleans.Dr. Lorio is a past president of the Louisiana Podiatric Medical Association and has served on the board of that organization for over ten years. She is board certified in foot surgery by the ABFAS and podiatric medicine by the ABPM. Dr. Lorio is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She is currently active as an investigator in clinical research for advanced wound care technologies.
