Dr. Simon received her undergraduate degree at Xavier University of Louisiana in New Orleans and received her medical degree at Meharry Medical College in Nashville Tennessee. Following this, she completed her residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson Mississippi in Family Medicine. Dr. Simon is board certified by LSBME and has joined Ochsner in 2019. Dr. Simon specializes in Family Medicine and has experience with performing annual exams, health maintenance and treating problems such as hypertenstion and diabetes. She also has some experience with simple sutures, some joint injections and pap smears.
