Kristen received her undergraduate degree in public health from the University of South Florida in 2013. She went on to receive her bachelor of science in nursing from the accelerated program at Remington College the following year. Finally, she went on to earn her master of science in nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia. Following graduation, she completed an emergency medicine residency program for advanced practice providers in Brooksville, Florida.
Kristen has been practicing emergency medicine since 2018. Kristen is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has been on staff at Ochsner since May 2020. Her expertise is in emergency and critical care medicine. In her spare time she enjoys attending Saints games, escape rooms and karaoke.
