Dr. Ramirez received his medical degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana School of Medicine in Bogotá, Colombia. Following this, he completed his internship and residency at Tulane University Hospital and Clinic in New Orleans, Louisiana. He complete a spine fellowship at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Ramirez is board certified by the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and has been working at Orthopedics Associates of New Orleans since 2014. Dr. Ramirez offers comprehensive care for a wide range of joint issues. From thorough diagnostics to innovative treatment plans, he works with patients to find solutions to their unique set of needs.
