Dr. Mohare received a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Mumbai in India. She attended Seth G. S. Medical College in Mumbai where she received her M.B.B.S. degree which was followed by post-graduate training in chest diseases at L.T.M.M.C., an affiliate of the University of Mumbai. She completed an internship at the Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Thereafter, she finished a residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Mohare completed a nephrology fellowship at the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana. Her special areas of interest are the management of chronic kidney disease and acute kidney injury.
