Karen Tate, CRNA is based at St. Charles Parish Hospital in Luling, Louisiana. She is certified by the National Board of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists. Karen completed her medical training at LSU Health Sciences Center School of Nursing in New Orleans, Louisiana.
