She earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2015, Master of Nursing degree as a family nurse practitioner from Louisiana State Heath Science Center in 2010 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2002. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Assoication of Nurse Practitioners and in Advanced Diabetes Management by the American Association of Diabetes Educators. She is the Inpatient Diabetes Program Director at Ochnser's Jefferson Highway location.
