Sheira Neely received her undergraduate degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Our Lady of Holy Cross College in New Orleans and her Masters of Science as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL. Sheira is board certified by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing and has been on staff at Ochsner since 2019.
