Misty Breakfield PA-C received her undergraduate degree from Southeastern Louisiana University and her Physician Assistant degree from Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport. She is board-certified by the NCCPA and has been on staff at Ochsner since 2008. She has been practicing in Family Medicine since 2005. Her interests include management of Diabetes Mellitus, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. She enjoys educating patients on all aspects of health and chronic disease.
