Frank DiFazio, MD is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a medical career spanning over thirty years. He has held impressive professional appointments including clinician at the Yale School of Medicine, clinical assistant professor at the New York Medical College and chief of orthopedic surgery for the Permanente Medical Group of Mid-America. Dr DiFazio has served on numerous hospital committees throughout his career and was named one of the top doctors in Connecticut for four consecutive years. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and has a long history of giving back to the community as a high school varsity football team physician.
