Mary Catherine Halphen is a Registered Dietitian in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Louisiana State University where she served as President of the LSU chapter of the Student Dietetics Association and was an active member of the Alpha Eta chapter of Phi Mu Fraternity. At LSU, she was a performance nutrition intern and she impacted over 300 student athletes. She completed her dietetic internship in Nashville, Tennessee, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and completed her capstone experience in general pediatrics. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
