Dr Philip Skelding is a board-certified general internist and practices Uptown at Baptist. He is a New Orleans native. Dr Skelding received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at Tulane University. Prior to his medical training Dr Skelding received an undergraduate degree from Columbia University. As a Rhodes Scholar he earned a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University, as well as a Masters degree in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Dr Skelding is currently accepting new patients. He joined Ochsner in 2013.
