Benjamin received his masters of medical science degree from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University (formerly known as Our Lady of the Lake College) in Baton Rouge, LA. He received his bachelor of science degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. He is board certified by NCCPA and LSBME. Prior to joining Ochsner, Benjamin completed several clinical rotations in orthopedic clinic and surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, psychiatry, emergency medicine, internal and adult medicine, and general surgery.
